- I am happily married to my hubby Mike for 22 years. I am a homemaker with no children, but 2 four legged children. My 2 Samoyed Dogs are the love of my life. Holly Noel is 12 and Hope Angel is almost 4 years old(Heidi Lynn passed away at 13 in 2001). I love the primitive, rustic, colonial and early primitive look. I love to decorate my house(60+ year old Cape Cod),which we are redoing. It was my inlaws who passed it on to us. The first floor is almost done and we are now working on the upstairs. We are doing room by room. I plan on showing you alot of pictures on this blog of our newly redecorated house. This is why I opened this blog and to meet new friends that share the same love for primitives that I do.
